CHENNAI: Representatives of two UK universities are visiting Chennai to meet students interested in joining the universities for the September 2006 intake.
Mike Buckle from the School of Business and Economics at the University of Wales, Swansea, will be available at the office of CampusUK on Thursday (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) The institution offers courses in business and management, engineering, nanotechnology, psychology, economics & finance, law, journalism, healthcare management, software technology etc. Swansea also has a very strong Careers Centre staffed by one of the largest teams in UK.
Naushaba, International Officer, Thames Valley University, will be available on Friday (1p.m. - 5 p.m.) The courses offered here include Hotel management, International Business, MBA, Audio Technology, Film Studies and Tourism management.
Rakesh Mishra, School of Computing and Engineering, and Ms. Sue Staples, International Officer, University of Huddersfield, will be available on June 1 to meet students.
