A Student's Pass (Visa) allows an International Student to remain in Singapore for the purposes of study.
Once the student receives a Letter of Acceptance from the institution (with a validity of 2 weeks) the Student's Pass should be applied for at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) by the institutions. The Student Pass should be submittedto the ICA at least 2 months before the commencement date of the course.

General documents required to apply for a Student's Pass: Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) Form 16 & Form V36 Form V39s to be completed by the Institution (local sponsor) Valid Passport Two Passport size photo (less than 6 months old) Visa application fee Bank Statements - ORIGINAL for the last 28 days from all sponsors Original Transcripts (Mark sheets -from 10th class till the last degree obtained) Affidavit of Support to be given by the sponsor Students Birth certificate Work experience certificate (if necessary) Fixed Deposit Receipts (if necessary) Bank loan sanction letter (if necessary)
